Kunstenfestival Watou 2010 - Tussen Taal en Beeld/ Verzamelde Verhalen #02 (03/07/10 - 05/09/10) maakt plaats voor artistiek experiment op de snijlijn tussen taal en beeld. De ondertitel 'Verzamelde Verhalen #02' verwijst naar boeiende vertellers in disciplines als beeldende kunst, poëzie en literatuur. Een commissie van curatoren brengt een scala aan interdisciplinaire kunstprojecten op ongewone locaties in het landelijke dorp Watou.

Arts Festival Watou 2010 - Between Language and Image/ Collected stories # 02 is a yearly international arts  exhibition in Watou, the artistic village in the Westhoek region of Belgium.  Exciting locations, such as barns and stables, serve as a creative scene for stories from young and well-known curators (Jan Van Woensel, Christophe De Jaeger, Joost Declercq ( Museum Dhondt-Daenens) and the Dutch author Oscar Van den Bogaard. Willy Tibergien, director of Poëziecentrum Gent selected a whole range of West-European Poetry. Watou 2010 wants to provide a space for experimentation, for living stories both indoors and out, seeking for a cross-fertilisation of different generations, of different disciplines.
