E-CULTURE FAIR 2010 est une vitrine d'une trentaine de projets innovants de Flandre, Pays-Bas et Rhénanie du Nord-Westphalie. Ces projets seront présentés 23-25 Août dans le Centre nouveaux Art et créativité " Dortmunder U" dans une configuration interactive.
